What’s not covered

  • Products purchased from other retailers or platforms
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Cosmetic damage, misuse, or improper handling
  • Damage from water exposure, accidents, or commercial use

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@vivosparks.com with a description and proof of purchase.
  2. Attach a photo or short video of the issue.
  3. Expect a response within 5 business days.

This warranty applies to original purchasers of Vivosparks grinders bought through authorized channels. It is non-transferable and valid for the lifetime of the product under normal household use.

Vivosparks reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for replacement or repair based on submitted documentation and standard consumer protection guidelines.
