Built to last a lifetime
The parts that do the work are built to outlast the kitchen they live in: an industrial-grade alumina ceramic burr that resists salt corrosion and stays sharp far longer than stainless steel, plus a motor and body made for daily use. Our factory durability-tests this grinder to 3,000 grinding cycles, so the design is proven to last. We cover the body, motor, ceramic burr, and grinding mechanism against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your grinder. If a defect ever shows up, we make it right.
Your battery, covered for 3 years
If your grinder will not hold a usable charge within 3 years of purchase, we replace it. Most brands cover the battery for one to two years. Yours is covered for three. Gentle, gradual capacity loss after years of use is normal; this covers a grinder that no longer holds enough charge for normal use.
How we make it right
We make it right at no cost to you. In most cases we ship a free replacement, no return needed, and our team replies within one business day. Where a replacement is not the right fix, we repair or refund.
What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship (lifetime): body, motor, ceramic burr, and grinding mechanism
- Charge failure (3 years): will not hold a usable charge for normal use
What is not covered
- Physical damage from drops, accidents, or water submersion
- Misuse, commercial use, or unauthorized modifications
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Normal wear and tear
Covered, even as a gift
Coverage goes with the grinder, so a grinder received as a gift is covered too. The owner just needs proof of purchase.
