Not satisfied with your purchase? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all included parts and accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Gift cards and final-sale items are not returnable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@vivosparks.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Change of mind: customer covers return shipping.
• Defective or damaged item: contact us for a warranty claim instead — we cover everything.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post.
